Classes are held in Drumilaw Road, Blairbeth, G73 - ( Directions )

Classes are Monday to Thursday 6-7pm (Beginners) and 7-8pm (Intermediate), £4 for adults and £3.00 for kids per class. Classes include Ladies only and kids (10yrs-15yrs) and beginners and intermediate level.

A grading class is held at the club every three months.

Coming soon - Saturday 12-1pm Fighters class.

We recommend that you bring along a small plastic (please) bottle. All other necessary equipment is supplied by the club. It is recomended that anyone participating in Sparring or full contact activities be wearing a groin-guard and gum-sheild.

We do not enforce a uniform policy although we do sell club t-shirts, you are welcome to wear whatever feels comfortable.
